Applications for aid are open to any citizen of Barbados who has been diagnosed with Breast Cancer.

1) Download the application form below.

2) Complete the form and return via email to littlepinkgift@gmail.com or mail to P.O. Box 164W, Worthing, Christ Church

3) Applications are reviewed and processed by our Disbursements Committee, which is made up of breast cancer survivors and professionals from various fields in the medical community.

4) Once a decision is made, the individual will be contacted by a member of the Disbursements Committee and informed of their decision.
